New England Lobster Rolls

Ingredients

• 1 lb lobster meat, drained
• 1/2 cup finely diced celery
• 1/2 lemon, juiced
• 3/4 cup mayo
• 1/2 tsp white pepper
• 1 green onion, thinly chopped
• 4 hot dog buns, toasted

Step 1

Toss all ingredients, except buns, lightly until mixed. Divide into 4oz portions. Place 1/4 mixture into each hot dog bun.
