Lemon Rosemary Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients

  • Lemon Rosemary Roasted Chickpeas
  • juice of one lemon
  • 1 T. olive oil
  • 1 t. dried rosemary, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed

Preparation

Step 1

Combine marinade ingredients in a medium bowl.

Add chickpeas and marinate for at least an hour.

Preheat oven to 375. Spread chickpeas on baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, tossing several times during roasting.
