Ingredients

  • 30 Oz Black Eyed Peas Drained and Rinsed
  • 16 Oz Sweet Corn
  • 4 Oz Green Chiles Diced
  • 1/3 Cup Italian Dressing
  • 2 Jalapeno Peppers Finely Chopped
  • 1 Garlic Clove Finely Chopped
  • 1 Medium Sized Bell Pepper Chopped
  • 1 Medium Sized Onion (White or Sweet) Chopped
  • 2 Stalks of Celery Finely Chopped
  • 1 Large Tomato Finely Chopped (Can replace with canned tomatoes if desired)
  • 2 Teaspoons Tabasco
  • 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Sugar
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Drain liquid from canned items and rinse as specified.
Chop all ingredients required.
Combine all items and stir thoroughly.
Allow to marinate in refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
