Ricotta cheese pudding cake pie/ Elinor Damiano

Ingredients

• 1 box of Pillsbury Yellow Cake Mix w/pudding
• 3 lbs of ricotta cheese
• 1 lasagna pan

Preparation

Step 1

heat oven to 350

follow cake box instructions and pour into sprayed lasagna pan

mix ricotta cheese with 3 eggs and 1 cup of sugar - 1 tsp. vanilla

spoon cheese mixture over cake carefully and use only about 3/4 of mixture (or little more)

bake for 1 hr 15 min. - cheese will go to bottom and cake will rise.
