Ingredients

  • 1

    cup flour

  • 1

    tablespoon sugar

  • 1 1/8

    cups milk

  • 2

    each large eggs

  • 1/4

    teaspoon salt

  • 1

    teaspoon vanilla

  • Fruit and cool whip

  • Blackberries/blueberries/strawberries

  • Raspberries mixed with sugar to sweeten

Directions

PREHEAT oven to 375. Melt 1 Tablespoon butter in a large glass pie pan. Swirl the butter up the sides of the pan after melting. COMBINE all ingredients and pour into the heated buttered pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until the edges have risen and the center is set and is golden brown. Edges will puff up high over the edge of the pan. Remove from the oven and dust with powdered sugar. Serve warm with fresh fruit and whipped cream.
