Ingredients

  • 2 cups romaine lettuce (about 6 leaves) or baby spinach
  • 1 cups tomato (about 1 tomato)
  • 1 cup coconut water or filtered water (use water if on Body Ecology)
  • 1 cup chopped carrot (about 1 carrot)
  • 1 whole cucumber
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 whole lime peeled
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp Celtic sea salt
  • pinch of cayenne pepper (omit if alkaline)
  • some ice cubes

Preparation

Step 1

Put all of the ingredients in your blender (I use a Vitamix) and puree until smooth and creamy.
Adjust salt quantities to taste.
Enjoy your daily dose of veggies for the day. YUMMO!
