Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs beef (sirloin, top round, or chuck)
- 6 T soy sauce
- 2 T sugar
- 2 T sesame oil
- 1 T crushed toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tsp fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic minced or pressed
- 1 thinly sliced green onion (including top)

Step 1
Cut beef across the grain into long thin slices about 1/8 inch thick
Combine beef strips with soy-sesame marinade and mix thoroughly. Let sit 1 to 1 1/2 hours (or overnight)
Cook beef quickly over BBQ or under broiler
