Ingredients
- 1/4 cup dry quinoa ,cooked
- 1/4 - 1/8 cup dry lentils, cooked
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1/4 - 1/2 tsp Sriracha
- 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- dash cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup kale
- one small tomato, diced
- 1/8 cup diced yellow onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 hard boiled egg

Preparation
Step 1
In small pan over medium-high heat, heat 1-2 teaspoons olive oil. Saute the garlic, tomato, onion, and spinach until fragrant and the spinach is cooked.
In a medium pot over medium-high heat, combine the chicken stock, vegetable broth. and water. Stir in the Sriracha, Worcestershire sauce, and cayenne pepper. Add in the tomato mixture, kale, quinoa, and lentils. Cook on high heat for 2-3 minutes. Serve with a hard boiled egg.
