Ingredients

  • 2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 c. mayo
  • 1 c. grated sharp cheese
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 2 eggs, well-beaten
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 package Pepperidge Farm stuffing

Preparation

Step 1

Drain cooked broccoli. Combine soup, mayo, eggs, onion, salt and pepper. Add it to broccoli and pour into 2 quart casserole dish.

Sprinkle cheese on top; melt margarine and add stuffing and put stuffing on top. Bake @ 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Tip: May be frozen. Take out of freezer about 1/2 hour and bake.
