Crock Pot Lasagna

My sister gave me this recipe as a present. It is great and my family loves it.

Ingredients
- 1 lb of Italian Sausage
- 2 jars of Ragu pizza sauce
- 1/2 box of Rigatoni pasta
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 1/2 yellow onion
- 1 large can of sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 package of pepperoni
- 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups of parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Garlic

Preparation
Step 1
Brown sausage and drain off fat. Add two jars of pizza sauce to the sausage and allow to simmer. Bring water to a boil and prepare pasta according to directions on package. Heat olive oil. in a pan. Saute' diced up green pepper and onion in the oil. Use salt, pepper and garlic to taste on sauteed vegetables. Layer all ingredients in the crock pot, in this order: Meat/sauce, pasta, pepper and onions, mushrooms, Parmesan, and pepperoni. Continue layering until all ingredients are used up. Try to end with sauce, that that the noodles do not dry out. Sprinkle the top with Parmesan. Heat on low for about 2 to 3 hours.
