Ingredients

  • 3 C Rice Crispies
  • 1 1/2 cube margarine
  • 1 1/2 C brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 C shredded coconut
  • 1 1/2 C chopped nuts (I use pecans)
  • 1/2 gallon vanilla icecream (in a square box so it's easier to cut)
  • caramel sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Melt margarine and brown sugar. Mix well and turn off heat. Add other ingredients, except icecream, and mix. Put 1/2 mixture in bottom of 9x13 pan. Cut icecream in to skinny, long rectangles to fit the pan and lay over mixture in pan. Spread remaining mixture over top of the icecream and freeze for at least an hour.

Drizzle caramel sauce over top.
