  • 2 (11-oz) boxes Southern Fried country style fish fillets (Gorton's)
  • 1 C salsa verde (Ortega)
  • 1/2 C sour cream
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 1 TBL fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg. coleslaw mix (Fresh express)
  • 12 (6:) corn or flour tortillas, warmed
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • lime wedges, salsa & sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

bake fish fillet according to pkg directions

in med. bowl, combine salsa, sour cream, lime zest, lime juice & salt
stir in slaw mix, tossing to combine

place 1 fillet in each warmed tortilla
top w/ slaw mixture & avocado slices
serve w/ lime wedges, salsa & dour cream
