Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) pkg. french bread, (Pepperidge Farm Hot & Crusty)
  • 2 TBL soft spread, (Country Crock)
  • 2 C shredded beer brisket (FROM BEER BRISKET AU JUS - SEE RECIPE)
  • 1 C au jus (FROM BEER BRISKET AU JUS - SEE RECIPE)

Preparation

Step 1

preheat oven to 425
using serrated knife, cut french bread loaves lengthwise in half
spread cut sides evenly w/ soft spread
place on baking sheet
bake for 3-4 min or until bread is lightly browned & crispy

in separate microwave save bowls, warm beef & au jus in microwave
top bread evenly w/ beef
cut each loaf in half for sandwiches
serve w/ au jus

1 LB. THINLY SLICED COOKED DELI ROAST BEEF MAY BE SUBSTITUTED

1 (O.6-OZ) PKG. KNORR GRAVY CLASSIC "AU JUS GRAVY MIX PREPARED ACCORDING TO PKG. DIRECTIONS MAY BE SUBSTITUTED.
