Ingredients
- 1 large English cucumber
- 1 small red onion, in thin rings
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons dill, finely chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Thinly slice the cucumber and place in a serving bowl with the red onion.
In a bowl mix vinegar and sugar and stir in the dill.
Pour the liquid over the cucumber, stir, and let it sit 30 minutes before serving.
