Ingredients
- 3 TBL yellow mustard
- 2 TBL mayo
- 1-1/2 TBL hot sauce
- 1 TBL lemon juice
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp minced fresh thyme
- 1 =1/4 tsp salt
- 1 TBL + 1/4 tsp pepper
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (abt. 1-1/2 LBS)
- 2 slices hearty white sandwich bread, torn into pieces
- 2 TBL unsalted butter, melted

Step 1
MARINATE CHICKEN
adjust oven rack to upper-middle position
heat oven to 450
combine mustard, mayo, hot sauce, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, 1 tsp salt & 1 TBL pepper in lg bowl
add chicken & toss 7ntil coated
refrig, covered 30 min or up to 3 hrs
COAT & BAKE
pulse bread, butter, 1/4 tsp salt & 1/4 tsp pepper in food processor until coarsely ground
remove chicken from bowl & transfer to wire rack set inside rimmed baking sheet
sprinkle buttered bread crumbs evenly over top & sides of chicken, pressing gently to adhere
bake until crumbs are golden brown - 20-25 min.
