Ingredients
- 1 cup chile sauce
- 1/2 cup honey (or a little more)
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 2 tablespoons dry red wine
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon style mustard
- 3 pounds pork spare ribs
- salt and pepper

Step 1
COMBINE chili sauce, honey, onion, wine, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard in small saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes.
SPRINKLE spare ribs with salt and pepper. Place on rack on roasting pan; cover with foil. Roast at 375 for 35-45 min. Uncover and brush generously with sauce. Roast 45 min brushing with sauce every 15 min, until ribs are fully cooked and tender. Serve with remaining sauce.
