Ingredients

  • 5 cups carrots cooked crisp tender
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 1 medium green pepper sliced
  • Heat together
  • 1 can tomato soup ( I use Campbells)
  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Drain the cooked carrots and cool.
Add sliced peppers and onion.
Pour heated ingredients over and marinate 24 hours in refrigerator.
