Ingredients
- Round Steak, cut in thin slices
- Pepper, Salt, & Garlic
- 1/4 C. Soy Sauce
- 2 T. Cornstarch
- 1/2 C. Cold Water
- Onion, sliced
- Green Pepper, sliced
- 20 oz. can Pineapple chunks with juice

Preparation
Step 1
Season steak with pepper, salt & garlic. Brown in oil & drain. Pour soy sauce on meat. Combine cornstarch & water and pour over meat.
Add remaining ingredients. Add enough water to make gravy and 2 t. beef bullion. Simmer until tender.
Serve over rice. Add fresh tomato last.
