Ingredients
- 2 cans crescent rolls
- 1 large egg, separated
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 blocks (8oz blocks, 12 oz total) cream cheese

Step 1
Place 1 can crescent rolls in the bottom of a 9” x 13” pan. Press perforations to seal.
Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and egg yolk. Spread over rolls. Top with second can of crescent rolls. Beat egg white and spread on top.
Sprinkle with ½ cup chopped nuts mixed with a little sugar. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
