Ingredients
- Dill Cream Sauce:
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. soft breadcrumbs
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 1/4 c. butter, cubed
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 1 c. beef broth
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dill weed

Preparation
Step 1
In a lg. bowl, combine the first seven ingred. Crumble beef and pork over mixture; mix well. Shape into 1 1/2 in. balls. In a lg. skillet, cook meatballs in butter in batches until no longer pink. Remove and keep warm.
In a bowl, combine the sauce ingred. until blended. Stir into skillet. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 min. or until thickened. Serve over meatballs.
