Ingredients
- 1 c flour
- 1 T sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 4 eggs
- 1 c plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup water

Preparation
Step 1
In a medium mixing bowl, combine flour with sugar and salt. Make well in center; drop in eggs, yogurt and water. Beat until smooth. May be cooked right away or refrigerated for several hours.
Batter is rather thick, so you may want to add another tablespoon of water for cooking.
