Ingredients

  • Bake shell to light brown before making quiche
  • 1 1/2 cup shrimp cooked, peeled and devined
  • 1/2 small onion, chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped (use 15 ounce can for 2 quiches)
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons buttter melted
  • 1 1/3 cup swiss cheese grated
  • 1 cup mild cheddar cheese grated
  • 3 large eggs slightly beaten
  • 1 1/4 cup sour cream
  • dash salt
  • dash garlic powder
  • dash white pepper
  • dash tabasco sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Saute shrimp, onions, and artichokes in butter that has been melted.

Combine eggs, sour cream, and seasonings, mix with wire whip on low speed with electric mixer. Stir in shrimp, onions, cheese and artichokes, and pour into baked pastry shell.

Bake 350 degrees 35 to 40 min until set and top is lightly browned.
