Ingredients
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 1/2 cups sliced peaches, thawed if frozen
- 2 1/2 teaspoons butter
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup skim milk
- 3 tablespoons butter

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine sugar-cinnamon in saucepan. Add peaches. Cook 6-8 mins.
2. Add butter-vanilla. Simmer until melted. Transfer to sprayed 9x13" pan.
3. Mix flour-sugar. Add milk and butter. Beat well. Pour over peaches.
4. Bake at 350 45 mins. Let stand 5 mins.
