Ingredients

8 to 12 slices lightly toasted bread
2 c. cooked ham
2 c. shredded cheese (your choice)
6 eggs
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. spicy brown mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
Pinch nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

Place bread in buttered casserole dish in one layer. Cover with ham and cheese. Beat together remaining ingredients and pour slowly over ham and cheese. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
