Ingredients
- 1/3 c cocoa
- 1 c water (divided)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 c butter
- 1/2 c canned milk
- 1 +1/2 c white sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 T corn starch

Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve cocoa in 1/2 cup water. Mix in remaining ingredients, except corn starch, and bring to boil.
Add corn starch and remaining water adjusting for thickness.
