Ingredients

1/3 c cocoa
1 c water (divided)
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 c butter
1/2 c canned milk
1 +1/2 c white sugar
1 tsp vanilla
4 T corn starch

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve cocoa in 1/2 cup water. Mix in remaining ingredients, except corn starch, and bring to boil.

Add corn starch and remaining water adjusting for thickness.
