Rocky Road Brownies

Ingredients

• 4 square (4ounces) unsweetened baking chocolate
• 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
• 1/3 /4 cups sugar
• 2 eggs, lightly beaten
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
• 1 cup miniature marshmallows
• 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Microwave chocolate squares and butter in covered microwave safe bowl on HIGH for 2-2 1/2 minutes or until chocolate is melted. In a large bowl, combine melted chocolate, sugar, eggs, and vanilla, mixing until well blended. Add flour; mix just until blended. Spread batter evenly in a 9" x 9" square oven safe baking dish. Bake 23-25 minutes or until set. Do not over bake. Immediately sprinkle top of brownies with walnuts, marshmallows, and chocolate chips. Return to oven; bake 5-7 minutes or just until toppings begin to melt.
