Ingredients
- 2 TBL soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp dry sherry
- 2 tsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp chile paste w/ garlic
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp peanut oil
- 1 TBL minced peeled fresh ginger
- 1 TBL minced fresh garlic
- 1 LB sirloin steak, thinly sliced across the grain
- 16 med. green onions, cut into 2" pieces

Preparation
Step 1
combine 1st 8 ingredients, stirring until smooth
heat peanut oil in lg. nonstick skillet over med-high heat
add minced ginger, minced garlic & beef
saute for 2 min. or until beef is browned
add green onion pieces
saute 30 seconds
add soy sauce mix.
cook 1 min or until thickened, stirring constantly
