Ingredients
- 8 oz. plane Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbl. Dijon Mustard
- 1 or 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp hot sauce
- 2 cups organic corn flakes
- 4 TBL. ground flax seed
- 1 1/2 lbs. chicken

Preparation
Step 1
preheat oven to 375*
in a medium bowl, stir together yogurt, mustard, garlic, basil, salt, pepper, and hot sauce,
crush corn flakes in a zip lock bag. add flax seed, pour into a dish big enough to coat chicken in. put a dollop of yogurt sauce on each piece of chicken spread on both sides. reserve the rest of the sauce for serving. coat both sides of chicken with cornflake mix. place the chicken on broiler pan, bake for 18 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
