4 bananas
40 miniature marshmallows
4 milk chocolate bars, broken

Preparation

Step 1

Peel back 1 section banana peel from each banana; do not remove. Cut lengthwise wedge-shaped section from each banana. Place marshmallows and chocolate in cavities in bananas. Replace peel section; wrap each banana tightly in heavy-duty foil. Place on grill over coals or in low coals. Bake for 3 minutes or until chocolate and marshmallows melt. Yield: 4 servings.
