Ingredients
- 1/2 cup seedless raspberry spreadable fruit
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh rosemary
- 9 ounces frozen puff pastry sheets (half of 17.3 oz pkg, thawed)
- 13 ounces brie
- 1 egg, beaten

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 400.
2. Mix preserves-rosemary. Season with pepper.
3. Roll out pastry to 12" square. Cut rind off of cheese. Place rindless side up on pastry. Top with berries. Fold up on two opposite sides over cheese. Brush 2 remaining sides with egg. Fold over and seal. Glaze top with egg.
4. Bake until golden, about 30 mins. Cool a bit before serving.
