Ingredients
- 2 CUPS FLOUR
- 1 CUP MARGARINE
- 1/2 CUP POWDERED SUGAR
- 4 EGGS
- 2 CUPS SUGAR
- 5 TABLESPOONS LEMON JUICE
- DASH OF SALT
- 4 TABLESPOONS FLOUR
- 1 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER

Step 1
MIX:
2 CUPS FLOUR, 1 CUP MARGARINE, AND 1/2 CUP
POWDERED SUGAR.
PRESS INTO 9X13 PAN. MAKE SMALL AROUNG EDGE.
BAKE AT 350 DEGREES 20 MINUTES OR UNTILL
LIGHT BROWN.
IN BOWL MIX TOGETHER:
4 EGGS
ADD:
2 CUPS SUGAR, 5 TABLESPOONS LEMON JUICE, DASH OF
SALT.
ADD;
4 TABLESPOONS FLOUR
1 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER
MIX WELL AND POUR OVER BAKED CRUST.
BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 30 MINUTES.
COOL AND SPRINKLE WITH POWDERED SUGAR.
