  • 1 CUP ITALIAN SEASONED BREAD CRUMBS
  • 1 TABLESPOON MARGARINE
  • 3/4 POUND OF FRESH MUSHROOMS SLICED
  • SHREDDED MOZZARELLA CHEESE
  • 2 CUBES CHICKEN BOULLION
  • 1 CUP HOT WATER

Step 1

COAT CHICKEN PIECES WITH BEATEN EGG.
PUT BREAD CRUMBS IN PLASTIC BAG.
ADD CHICKEN PIECES AND SHAKE UNTIL COATED.
BROWN CHICKEN IN OIL.
DRAIN ON PAPER TOWLS
MELT MARGARINE IN 9X13 PAN.
PUT CHICKEN IN BOTTOM OF PAN.
THEN ADD MUSHROOMS.
COVER WITH CHEESE.
DISSOLVE CHICKEN BOULLION CUBE IN HOT WATER.
POUR OVER ALL.
COVER AND BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 1 HOUR
