Ingredients
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1/2 cucumber, halved lengthwise and sliced
- 1/4 cup shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup olives, pitted and halved
- 3/4 (15-ounce) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1/3 cup Italian dressing
- Dried oregano

Preparation
Step 1
Combine the tomato, cucumber, cheese, olives and chickpeas. Add the dressing and toss lightly. Sprinkle with oregano to taste.
