Ingredients
- 12 ounces ground beef
- 12 ounces ground pork or veal
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, blend all the ingredients. Place meat mixture into a 9 by 5 inch baking pan, pressing down and smoothing the top.
Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for about an hour, until meat loaf is firm, top is richly browned and a meat thermometer, inserted into the center of the loaf, registers 155 degrees.
Let meatloaf stand in pan for 10 minutes before slicing.
