Ingredients
- 2 cups pressed yogurt
- 1 cucumber, grated
- 4 cloves garlic, pressed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- dill, diced
- salt and pepper

Step 1
Strain grated cucumber tightly using a cloth until very dry. Mix in all other ingredients.
Note:
Straining can be omitted if using Greek yogurt.
