Ingredients
- 1 cup Margarine or Oil
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp Water
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 cups Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 cups Quick Cooking Oats
- 1 1/2 cups Chocolate Chips

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine all the ingredients except the chocolate chips in the bowl of a mixer.
Mix until combines.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and press the batter into a thin evey layer.
Bake for 18 minutes.
Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Let sit for 1 minute, and spook out the chocolate.
Sprinkle with preferred topping.
