Ingredients
- 6 squares (1 oz each) semisweet chocolate
- 4 eggs, separated
- 2 to 3 Tbsps amaretto-flavored OR Irish cream liqueur
- 3 Tsps sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Melt chocolate in top of double boiler over barely simmering water. Remove from heat.
Cool chocolate to lukewarm.
Beat in egg yolks, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Beat in liqueur.
Beat egg whites in bowl until foamy. Gradually beat in sugar until meringue forms stiff peaks.
Stir one-third of the meringue into chocolate. Gently fold chocolate mixture into remaining meringue until no white streaks remain. Spoon into 6 dessert goblets. Chill at least 1 hour.
