Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Veal, Pork, Beef mixture (Denise S uses 90% lean)
- 4 Eggs (2 for every lb.) – Denise S uses 2 eggs for every pound
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 3/4 c. of bread crumbs (Denise S uses 1/2 cup Progresso bread crumbs for every pound)
- 1/2 onion chopped (denise does not use onion- garlic only)
- 1 clove garlic

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together. Bake 350 for 16 minutes, turn 10 minutes.
The meatballs will cook in the sauce.
