Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix (plus ingredients the box calls for)
- 1 t. coconut extract
- 1 t. rum extract
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup drained crushed pineapple

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350. Prepare cake mix following package directions. Stir in the rest of ingredients listed, being careful not to over mix the batter. Grease muffin tins or line with paper cups. Fill 3/4 full. Bake 15 - 20 minutes or until wooden pick comes out dry.
Or you can make this into mini muffins also. 16-18 minutes cook time!
