Ingredients

3 eggs
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup water
2 T sugar
2 T rum
2 T melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Combine ingredients in blender jar; blend for about 1 minute. Scrape down sides with rubber spatula and blend for another 15 seconds until smooth.

Refrigerate for about 1 hour.
