Ingredients
- 15 cups of chopped tomatoes
- 4 cups chopped peppers (jalapeno, banana, hot chili)
- 1 cup diced onions
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 3 cloves garlic, diced
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 2 tsp. brown sugar (optional)

Step 1
Place all ingredients in 8 quart stock pot. Bring to a boil. Fill canning jars and process for 20 minutes in hot water bath.
