Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Drippings (chicken or pork)
- 5 TBS Flour
- 2 Cups Milk (warmed)
- Salt & Pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
1) Heat oil, add flour, cook for 2 minutes stirring often to prevent burning.
2) Add warmed milk, whisk to combine. Add more milk for thinner gravy, if desired.
3) Add salt and pepper to taste.
