Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 egg yolks, beaten
- 3/4 cup lowfat sour cream
- 3/4 cup nonfat buttermilk
- 1/2 cup light butter, melted and cooled
- 3 egg whites, beaten stiff

Preparation
Step 1
1. Whisk together dry ingredients.
2. Mix egg, sour cream and buttermilk. Add to dry ingredients with butter. Stir just until no longer lumpy. Fold in egg white.
3. Make as pancakes or waffles.
