Ingredients
- 2 1-pound packages confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 cup baking cocoa
- 2 cups chopped pecans
- 1 cup butter
- 8 ounces Velveeta cheese, chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter and cheese in slow-cooker on Low, stirring to mix well. Stir in vanilla. Sift confectioners' sugar and cocoa together. Add to cheese mixture gradually, mixing well after each addition. Stir in pecans. Pour into buttered 9x13-inch dish. Let stand until firm. Cut into squares. Yield: 120 servings.
