  • 6 egg whites
  • 6 egg yellows
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon of cold water

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix flour and salt.
2. Beat yellows and gradually add sugar. Incorporate lemon juice and zest.
3. Incorporate dry ingredients.
4. Beat whites until firm and delicately mix with cake mix.
5. Pour in a tube mold non-greased and bake at 325 for about 1 hour.
6. Turn upside down and let cool for about 1 hour before unmolding.
