Step 1

1. Preheat the oven to 375.
2. Mix eggs and sugar in a bowl and beat for 5 minutes.
3. Incorporate flour and almond (except 2 tablespoons).
4. Melt butter and add to mixture.
5. Butter and flour a round mold and pour mixture.
6. Sprinkle the remaining almonds on top.
7. Bake for 45 minutes.
