Ingredients
- 3/4 C Light Rum
- 1/4 C Dark Rum
- 1 C Mango nectar
- 1 TBS Veg. Oil
- 1 TBS White Vinegar
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- Few splashes of Caribbean Hot Sauce

Step 1
Whisk together all ingredients.
Marinate Pork - ribs, tenderloin or chops - at leaast 30 minutes at room temperature OR overnight in Frig, wrapped or covered.
Remove meat from marinade season with S & P before grilling.
