  • 2 eggs
  • 1 lemon zest
  • 1 1/4 cup of flour
  • 1 levure chimique

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix the first four ingredients and mix 2 minutes.
2. If the mixture is difficult add 2 tablespoons of hot milk.
3. Introduce the flour and the levure and stop when the mixture is ready.
4. Fill mold and let stand 2 hours.
5. Bake in a medium oven for 30-40 minutes.
