Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 EGGS
- 1 1/2 cup of flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 lemon zest
- icing: 1/2 cup of icing sugar and the juice of one lemon

Step 1
1. Cream butter and add sugar and eggs. Mix well.
2. Add flour, baking powder, and salt slowly alternating with the milk and lemon zest.
3. Pour in a baking bread pan.
4. Cook at 350 for 40 minutes.
5. Mix icing sugar and lemon juice and pour over the cake when cooking is finished.
