Ingredients
- 1 can Clover Leaf Skinless Boneless Salmon
- 60 grams light or whipped cream cheese or spreadable goat cheese
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh dill
- 2 green onions, very finely minced or equivalent amount minced chives
- 1 lemon, zested
- salt and pepper or lemon pepper
- 1 avocado, cut into thin slices
- 4 teaspoons Sriracha Mayo
- 4 large whole wheat wraps
- arugula or spinach or blend or other greens of choice

Preparation
Step 1
Combine softened cream or goat cheese with dill, scallions, lemon zest and salt and pepper and mix well. Drain and flake salmon and stir into cream cheese mixture. Scrape into a glass jar or plastic container and refrigerate.
To build the wrap, use an offset spatula to spread the tortilla with the cream cheese/salmon mixture and top with greens of choice. Add a row of avocado slices near the bottom of the wrap, drizzle with Sriracha Mayo and season with salt and pepper if needed. Roll up, tucking in ends, cut in half and serve. If avocado is particularly soft, mash it up on the tortilla after the salmon and before the greens - makes the whole thing easier to eat.
